Give your Voucher to the refund point manager to receive a refund in cash or to your card

If there's no refund point at the departure point, you can use the mailbox. Place the Voucher in the prepaid envelope which you were given at the store. Seal it and drop it in the mailbox. You'll receive a refund as soon as we receive your Voucher.
