What should I do at an international checkpoint?
Go to the customs representative at the departure point and present your completed Tax Free voucher, passport, receipts and purchases to the customs officer to have your voucher stamped. Be ready to present your purchases in an unused form for inspection.
Proceed to the nearest Sber Tax Free refund point. In some cases, they may be located at currency exchange offices. To receive a refund, present your completed Tax Free voucher with a customs stamp and your passport.
In a hurry? Use the Sber Tax Free mailbox located next to the customs office. Drop the envelope with the completed Tax Free voucher (with the customs stamp and your bank card details) into the mailbox to receive a refund to your bank card. You must specify the IP address of your email in the Tax Free voucher in case we need to contact you.
